In 2025 multi award winning, London based comedian Danny Ward performed in the UK, Australia and New Zealand and won the converted Ish Comedy Award Panel Prize for his solo show ‘The Holiday’ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

He has since toured the show extensively throughout England including a run in London’s West End. He is also the tour support for Mark Simmons’ 150+ date UK tour with whom he is the co-recipient of the 2023 Victoria Wood Award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and co-host of the vastly popular Jokes podcast.

After seventeen years as a standup comic Danny brings his unique style that is “slick, quick and packed with funny material” back to New Zealand.
