Tim Batt

Tim was a national finalist in the Raw Comedy Competition in 2011 and is the skinny arm-wrestling dude in Six60's Rise Up video.

Tim Batt is an up and coming comedian who was born in Christchurch, grew up in Wellington, briefly lived in Sydney and now resides in Auckland. This means he can rip on any of these regions and can claim the I-can-say-this-cause-I'm-from-there card.

Tim was a national finalist in the Raw Comedy Competition in 2011 and is the skinny arm-wrestling dude in Six60's Rise Up video.

He currently holds no driver's license, half a degree in something and a keen eye on current events, even crappy New Zealand ones.

After working at over half a dozen call centres, New World, McDonalds and a Starbucks and writing for several different national and region magazines, Tim suffered a mid-life crisis at age 20 and is now pursuing a career in radio. Presently, working on Hauraki as the co-host/producer on The Matt Heath Drive Show, he's also worked with radio icons Kevin Black and Iain Stables.

He looks forward to seeing you at his shows and buying you a beer afterwards for coming.
